Exploding Pressure Cookers
Pressure cookers are inherently dangerous, as the appliance creates high heat and a tremendous buildup of steam pressure. Any faulty or sub-standard manufacturing standards can result in the unit exploding or unexpectedly releasing super-heated steam.
